ARK Workshop offers convenient methods for shipping.

How long does it take?

Our products are ‘made-to-order’, please allow 15-25 working days to complete your order. We take extra care to make sure our products are finished off perfectly!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout South Africa

When will my parcel be delivered?

Please allow 3-5 working days for shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Will my order be delivered to door or do I need to collect it at a pick-up point?

All our online orders get dispatched with The Courier Guy. Once we have sent your parcel, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

May I place a custom order, order wholesale, or visit your workshop?

Yes, you are more than welcome! Please contact us.

Refunds

Please note: ARK products are made to order and non-refundable.

Any damages to products due to shipping may be returned to be repaired.

*HANDLE WITH CARE

The furniture will damage if dragged, dropped or scratched. We will not be held responsible for any damage from the time the parcel gets delivered.

International Orders

For International Shipping we use DHL or the South African Post Office. Orders take 5 – 15 working days to ship. Please email us for a quote at [email protected].

WARRANTY

A warranty of 6 months will be valid for the wooden furniture after delivery.

As wood is a natural material, it will expand when exposed to heat/damp. Please be cautious.

Warranty will only be liable if:

The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse by the customer.

The product concerned is used for the purpose intended and in a domestic environment.

ARK’s warranty provides for the free repair or replacement of any faulty component.

The customer must at his own cost, deliver and collect the product concerned to and from Wolseley, Western Cape.
